Between us we have many years experience and are established and experienced in a variety of trades. We can provide a full range of services (please see list) for our customers in which we take great pride.
We have worked on new properties right through to period buildings from the 1600s, replacing and repairing pitched and flat roofs and leadwork, diagnosing water ingress issues, We are also adept in fitting rubber, EPDM roof coverings.
Landscaping, restoration/ lime mortar work maintaining large gardens and trees, erecting fencing, turfing etc.
We have access to machinery such as diggers and associated equipment so no job too big too manage.
We can offer references and photos when required, please check our ratings, we always go the extra mile to ensure our customers get the best job possible. We also offer roof reports for insurance purposes and garden design. Fully insured, we offer a complete and professional service.

I would highly recommend Tradetech, they worked hard to repair a failing roof. They had to work out solutions as they went along and kept us informed every step of the way.

Steve and Jordan did an excellent job putting a new roof on my conservatory, although that wasn’t my original query. Kept in touch regularly with a self admitted anxious customer. Excellent quality work by two very pleasant workmen.
These guys came to lay a floor in an already built garage, something other builders seemed unwilling to do. But these guys came in and did a brilliant job. Will keep their number incase I need anything else doing as they were reasonably priced, quick and carried out the work to a good standard
Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Trade Tech on a flat roof extension! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. The entire reroofing process was seamless, and they took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was fully informed throughout. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and the roof looks so much better. They were punctual, tidy, and left no mess behind, which was much appreciated. I couldn’t be happier. Will be using again

Unfortunately this company did not do the work as per the quote. I have tried to contact them to offer them the opportunity to rectify but personal mobile no longer in operation and no response from email or company work number. Perhaps if they read this, they could contact me as an urgent matter.

We have only received messages from you in the last 48 hours to which we are considering our reply as you kept half the money back from us and ignored many calls, texts and emails after completion. On the timeframes given (48 hours) we have only just received your offer of returning. Our phone numbers have remained the same for 5 years so am confused as to the no longer in operation comments? We will be in contact within 7days with our response.

You have not phoned or emailed since I paid you £1800, not even a courtesy to say you had received the funds. I withheld the remainder as you did not membrane or baton as per the quote and withheld guarantees and photos of work in the loft, thus you are in breach of contract. Yesterday i went to touch up some paint that you failed to do and saw the gaps in the weatherboard and large hole. That is why I am in contact only now as I had not been in my neighbour’s garden.
