I am an experienced roofer and take pride in my work. I am fully equipped and competent from cleaning out a gutter to stripping a roof and recovering with new felt and batten and appropriate slates/tiles.

I made it very clear I would try and view around 4:00pm depending on me finishing a job before then. I didn't finish until 5pm that day so ran out of day light to view your roof. I tried ringing you to re-arrange twice with no answer. You could of simply rang/text/emailed me and I would of happily re-arranged. Very disappointed you could find the time to leave a bad review but not to contact me.
