Rich and the team we’re easy to work with on a bit of a tricky reconfiguration. Turned up when they said they would had constant communications on each stage. Would recommend to anyone and will defiantly be using them for future projects.
Garage Conversion
We were very happy with the work carried out by Rich and his team and found them easy to get on with. Regular communication and prompt responses as well as numerous pre visits in the planning stage. The garage conversion is perfect and as we imagined it. I’d be happy to recommend Stocks Developments and would use them for any future work.

Stocks Developments were a pleasure to work with on my small but fiddly internal alteration project! They turned out when they said they would, did what they said they would and didn't have to be constantly hounded like some other tradesmen I've used! Overall, very hassle-free project delivered to an acceptable standard.

Great guy worked hard at the start and great team, then disappeared without a word. I know everyone is busy and He was patient as i had to wait for some hold ups but just a text would be nice. Hope nothing bad has happened and im sure he is a good builder just left me in the lurch and without a builder

We have recently had a kitchen renovation carried out on our Victorian house. Rich and his team have been brilliant. The intial quote was good value and Rich has been great at keeping costs down for us. Their work has been tip-top and we are so pleased with the results. They are friendly and creative and have been great at sourcing things for us. I would definitely recommend Rich for a building project.
