Fantastic turnaround time on this job. From coming out to assess the work needed, to completing the build, took less than 48 hours. The price was reasonable and I'd be happy to book other jobs with them and recommend them to others.

Attended quickly, carried out some rendering work to a good standard, joinery work to decking which I finished myself as it was lacking in attention to detail..however a few snags require attendance on the glaziing . unfortunately tradesman hasn’t contacted me now he has been paid.

Oh wow , we had to rebuild the poorly built lean to roof, reset some of the decking I’m not sure what extra bits you are talking about and I only asked for final payment once you’d checked it all over, very few builders would have gone near that lean to, I have photos for anyone reading this.

Justin and his team were amazing. I’ve worked with lots of builders /contractors and pretty much always been let down in some way. Not with Stockton builders. Justin listened to what we wanted, the costings we’re transparent and accurate. His team were very respectful and timescales were as agreed. I Would not hesitate in recommending them.
Home Improvements
Avoid Justin Elliot at all costs. He has done a poor job of fitting my new kitchen - worktops and cabinets not level, incorrect installation of units, wedging ceramic tiles under the worktop to name a few of the howlers. Has since walked off the job without finishing, not answering calls or emails. I have been left with sockets hanging off walls, unfinished tiling, damaged cabinets and poorly fitted flooring. His company moto is "We see the job through" which is just laughable. Do not be fooled by him.
