Seemed very professional on the phone, arranged them to come to do job yesterday 7.8.24. 3-4 pm. James messaged saying they had a family emergency and would come today between 3-4 instead. He didn’t turn up and did not respond when I asked if he is coming. Not happy would ha have given half a star if available.

Further to my earlier review I would like to rescind any comments as I was not aware of the situation James was in.

Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend for any garden works. James contacted quickly after the job went live, provided a price over the phone then carried the works out 2 days later. A pleasure to work with.
