Bathroom Installation

Two stars are for the bathroom which looks good and works well. However, the communication was terrible, the contractor Lewis Brown was not able to produce a receipt for the work and parts and finally he did not pay the builders who worked on site. I will not be using the service again and would not recommend any one else to either.

  I have communicated British last night every day I have every message on my phone I have sorted this job in very due course just before Christmas I managed to complete all works to a high standard of videos of all works very good job payment was sent to the bathroom fitter somehow he got the customers number I am available 247 and with him regarding other work which he should not of took his number nothing to do with me I have sent an invoice through Rated Ppl times 3 to 4 times

  All works has been carried out to a high standard pictures before and after and halfway on full guarantees I’ve been given and has been sent five times through the app I have checked the app and there was a setting wrong I think so I have a Recents once again nothing for the fault of my own payments take up to 3 to 4 days for backs payments have been made

This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.
