About

How our company works:

We are VAT registered, CIS registered, and carry all required
insurances, public liability, employee etc. We can also offer an
insurance backed warranty for key aspects of our work through the
Consumer Protection Agency.

SVSL LTD has a strong team capable of delivering high quality projects
safely, on time and on budget. We pride ourselves on resolving any
issues that may arise amicably and speedily. Our managers, tradesmen
and operatives are trained and competent, and our subcontractors and
suppliers are tested and approved.

At our company we do not employ our own designers, however we do know
good and reliable architects, engineers and specialist design teams
that will be best suited for a particular project.
We will always work cost effectively on a scheme and we are confident
we can meet the most demanding of clients' needs.

Craftsmen
We have a team of skilled and qualified craftsmen who work regularly on
all the projects we have undertaken.

Commercially in general we give a price for a job. The client provides
a deposit and then billing stage payments are typically on a
monthly basis. We are flexible, however prior to the point a price can
be fixed.
We will work with a client on a time and materials basis, sometimes
including an element of bonus, for achieving key stages on time frame,
within budget and to quality.
