Kitchen Design / Installation
The owner was friendly and polite, but the actual job was overestimated for how long it would take and as a result I was overcharged quite a lot.
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
All I asked to be built was 4 drawers (not even the full drawer cabinet) He just needed to put in the screws correctly. It lasted 3 days then fell apart - when I looked again i saw he missed/lost screws and didn’t tell me (and thats why the drawers fell apart). I found some of the screws laying around the working area the next day. When trying to discuss with him to fix it over a calm phone call he screamed at me in frustration and anger but I was the one who paid for a job that had not been done!?

That’s not true, you have to be honest with your self, I’m doing this job for almost 20 years. First you called to assemble the chest of drawers. I came I assembled everything with what was there because you lost few screws, or they was missing from the box, that’s not my problem. You saying there were screws round, I have photos that I cleaned the area and was no screws except empty box. But if you want I’ll come to bring some screws from my job and make it safer for you , please let me know. Thank you
