Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.
Chimney Building / Repair
Tom re-pointed a chimney and replaced a Velux window. He did this work when he said, at the price he said and the quality appears to be fine. That’s all I wanted, he is also a nice polite chap, which is a bounus.
External Rendering
Tom was efficient and professional. He kept a good level of communication and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again
