Absolutely brilliant service. Called with 5 mins of me logging the job. Arrived absolutely dead on the time he said he was coming. Did the job, showed me what he had did, and did it all for a great reasonable price. Its very hard to find reliable, honest tradesman, but i certainly won't be letting TAPS business card go out of sight - Well pleased.

Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!
