Electrical Inspection Condition Report
I needed an EICR report to be done on my property. I was contacted by Tayler from TJL electrical from rated people. He was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. He arranged to send an electrician around to my property at a convenient time to myself. Josh the electrician arrived on time he was polite, efficient and kept me updated as to what he was doing. I would definitely use them for any electrical works in the future.
Internal Lighting
Highly recommend. Tayler called within a few hours of posting the job (replacing some fuse boards, adding safety lighting and additional rewiring throughout the house) and came around the next day to take a look and quote. There was no pressure applied but we were so impressed with Tayler's expertise we booked him immediately. He made some very sensible suggestions and it is clear he knows what he is doing. The work was completed within the week to a very high standard.

I hired Tayler for an urgent EICR. Within 1.5 hours of us speaking, he was in the property and giving me an assessment of the condition of the electrics. He was fast, friendly with great communication skills. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the upgrade work which wasn't as extensive as I'd feared. I would definitely recommend Tayler and I will be using him in the future.

I subsequently hired Tayler to upgrade the fuse board in my flat. Yet again, he was really helpful, friendly, tidy and professional. I would definitely recommend Tayler & I will be using him in the future.

Ultimately Tayler's services were disappointing. I was pleased with the new fuseboard he installed but over a year later, another electrician commented that the installation wouldn't pass regs, and there were two other jobs Tayler and his team never completed/rectified, even after I contacted him. He came round and admitted all three jobs needed attention but I have received nothing but radio silence since. Ultimately very disappointing as he seems like a nice guy on face value. I'm £300-400 out of pocket.
