Laminate Flooring
Terry was always prompt, reliable and efficient and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend him and will use him again in the future.
Fitted Kitchens
Fitted our wren kitchen and made a very good job. Terry was helpful, pleasant and reliable, would have him back for any further work
Chimney Building / Repair
Terry promised to start work for me on three different occasions.Unfortunately he never started the work.He didn't even have the courtesy to let me know on each occasion..I gave him a far chance but he completely let himself down.

Due to the bad winter weather and a back injury. I was unable to start the Work. So Mr Brown got frustrated and We ended up Falling out.

In reply to Terence I am sorry to say the comments by Terance are inaccurate.We did not fall out he just didnt turn up to do the job.Neither did he call me to say he wouldnt be starting the work.He had a three month window in which to start this job.However he didnt start dispite my calling him on numerous occasions. Then just to hear him tell me another endless date to start to which he didnt turn up for.As before he let me down.
Laminate Flooring
I am a general practitioner and work awkward hours. My flat is really cluttered and was scared it would scare anyone from undertaking any work there. Terry did an excellent job changing the carp;ets and laying down laminates. I am so happy with the end result. Tery is a truly professional, reliable and trustwothy individual. . His work is highly commendable and hight quality, at very reasonable prices. I cannot rate him high enough or praise him enough. Thank you rated people and a big thank you Terry.
Wooden Staircases
Very pleased with work done - I also felt totally happy leaving Terry in the house whilst I was out. Turned up on time, excellent communication - even coped with the dog well! Will definitely use again.
