David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

When tcs came round to look at the job they were prompt both for viewing the job and starting the job. David was very knowledgable. They fixed things that weren't initially spotted, tidied up after themselves and even cleaned the velux window before they left. They also said just call them if the problem wasn't solved. And I know this company would turn up if I did.

TCS quoted on our job promptly .the quote was reasonable and they were ready to start work within a week. The job was completed to our satisfaction and they cleaned up the premises on completion. We would recommend this company to our friends and would also use them again if need be.
