I run a small workforce specialising in house refurbishments, extensions, structural alterations, loft conversions and all types of timber framed buildings. The majority of our work deals with installation of structural members following removal of supporting walls and various house remodeling. I am also an experienced project manager and specialise in running contracts on behalf of others.

Wooden Staircases
Very slow, gave me anxiety and sleepless nights, took nearly 2 weeks to complete putting in new stair rails, would only pay on a daily rate hence the time taken. When another job came in he literally chucked the wood flooring down, never seen him move so quick. Job unfinished, but I didn't want him back.
Home Maintenance / Repair
Really pleased. Tony contacted me within 48 hours of placing the advert on rate people. We arranged for the work to be carried out the following week. He was on time, work was performed to a very high standard and was straightforward about pricing. Very happy and would recommend.
