Nabeel and his team were excellent from the outset. They were clear in what service we should expect, nothing was too much of a problem, they made recommendations and offered solutions. We were introduced to our team of builders and the project manager. It sounded almost too good to be true, but they have over-delivered on all their promises. They are ahead of schedule by almost 2 weeks, amazingly clean, work 6 days a week, always turn up on time and above all they have done the most fantastic job.

The best contractors i have met; reliable, hard working and always turn up when they say. We were cynical when we saw the schedule they provided but they are sticking to it exactly. A fantastic crew. We highly recommend them for house extensions and all work. You cannot find a better team.

So far, everything has been excellent, from the initial meeting with Nabeel, through the planning stage with the architect to the present construction, which started a week ago. There's still a long way to go, but I'm delighted with progress so far.

  My extension is now finished and looks amazing. From the first meeting with Nabeel, everything went exactly to plan and the work came in on budget and was finished a week early. Bittu and his team could not have worked harder and their craftsmanship was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Technocrates were a pleasure to work with and I thoroughly recommend them.

We were very happy with the work completed by the team on our extension. The work has been completed to a very high standard and the team were impressively polite and clean throughout the build. The project manager Khan was always available to talk about issues as they occurred and to attend meetings at a time that suited us. I would recommend Technocrates and especially working with Khan and Bitu's team and will hire them again if we have any future projects.

We are almost half way through the work and to this point Technocrates have proved to be very reliable (6days a week) without fail. Their customer service is second to none and any small issues we have encountered have been dealt with quickly. I am sure by the end of this work I will be very happy with the end product.
