Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

On review of your feedback, we feel this should be addressed to your insurance company not us as we do not have any control over the approval process timescale of your insurance company approving the repair of water damage to your home. As our contractors completed the scope within 7 to 10 days. Your insurance company carried out testing with a damp meter leaving holes in the wall, not our assessment Your insurance claim value is held with your insurance company and is available to you at any time.
