We accepted an estimate to fix our roof for about £2,000 After they started work they said that they had found that the roof was in a far worse condition than they had thought. It ended up costing us £6,000 It was simpler to let them finish and go than to argue or sue them [ Not a nice experience We very very carful of these builders if you employ them .

Very disappointed with with the feedback considering the amount of work we done we quoted on a job but when we got there he insisted we do a lot more we quoted on a small part of the flat roof for £1400 when we started working he insisted we do all of the roof which was 20metres by10 we asked him to go and get more quotes but he insisted that we do the job the job was done to a high standard we would welcome any price comparison
