I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Tom did not do the job but the tradesman he sent was very good. Would like to have known that in advance.

The contractor did a reasonable job was quite quick. HOWEVER, he was supposed to fix ceiling coving in a bathroom. I paid the invoice when it arrived. This was a mistake. I repeatedly called to ask him to finish the job. There were excuses and promises. Later, he would not answer and when I called from another phone he dropped the call. If he would have finished the job, this would have been a 4 or 5 rating. Since he didn't finish the job, the rating is much lower. Don't pay until it is all done!
