Paul responded promptly and turned up speedily to give a quote. This was well within my budget and I was happy to accept. He fitted me in very quickly and turned up when he said he would. He worked hard all day and the result is beautiful flat, smooth walls. He even had time to fit in an extra wall! He tidied and cleaned up after himself.
