The Drain People attended promptly to my request for a CCTV drains mapping found a pipe was uncapped responsible no doubt for the sogginess in garden and there was a buried manhole/inspection chamber that indicated a breach in regulations by the builder David wilson homes. Great job and helpful worker Paul if I recollect his name accurately.

Chaotic from start to finish, job estimated to take Three days, took nearly three weeks. The finished job left my garden a complete mess and the ground that was dug for new manhole inspection chamber, was not reinstated to satisfactory condition as promised. Then Did not have any contact with anyone from the Drain People for another three weeks, when they sent me an invoice via email, with a penalty for late payment warning. Would not recommend.

Hello Terrance We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service provided. Unfornatunely having a muddy garden was unavoidable to due to access to the property being via the back and through the garden, which with snow and rainy conditions (hence the delays in completion) and contractors coming in and our with wheelbarrows etc. would have been difficult to avoid. We will send through a garden centre voucher and offer a cleanse of any areas that may still be affected. Thanks - The Drain People.
