Claudine Taylor holds an RHS Diploma in horticulture and has been building and maintaining gardens for over 18 years.
David Taylor is a professional member of the Dry Stone Walling Association and a qualified walling instructor. He has also studied stonemasonry and has extensive experience of modern & traditional stone building techniques. He is also experienced in the use of traditional lime mortars which are often essential in the restoration of old buildings and walls.
We are fully insured with an extensive portfolio of past projects.

Repeat Garden Maintenance
So pleased to have found The Garden Taylor’s through Rated People. Claudine was exactly the person I was looking for. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, she gave me some good ideas to improve my garden and carried them through even suggesting and sourcing new plants and shrubs. Her work rate was incredible. Sadly we only had her a short time before she moved from Cumbria. If you want brilliance then get her now before she’s fully booked!
Planting
Claudine and David have done a marvellous job preparing and planting a rockery for us as well as planting some other shrubs around our garden. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them and will be asking them to come back for other projects.
Garden Maintenance
Claudine and David looked after our garden whilst we were away this summer over an 8 week period. We were delighted with the service and would highly recommend. They did everything we asked them to do and it was a delight to find our garden well cared for.They are friendly and professional We intend to contact them again next summer for the same again! A good job done - everything explained and carried out. My garden looks a lot better and the gardener is willing to be available to return - I just have to give him a ring when I need some more work doing. I am fully satisfied.
