Michael and his team did an excellent job of blocking up an external window in our living room going into conservatory & creating a large aperture for bifold doors. They were very knowledgable and completed the job to a high standard whilst making the whole process as stress free as possible for us, with having a young family. We would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Thank you Michael & team :)

The only disadvantage was because of how awesome the team are, we overspent on extras. Very pleased with the work and outcome. We were not satisfied with the quality of completeness of work carried out. Skirting boards were damaged, doors that were taken off and replaced no longer fit, beading that should have been fixed was left for us to do. WE should have insisted on a contract because we ultimately feel let down with a poor quality job

  Thank you for your feedback! Just to remind you that we've came to fit the flooring as we've agreed on my first visit . The skirting boards were out when we arrived . Doors we've done it as a bonus and were fine when I've checked , part of other extras that we done for FREE ex: picking/choosing boards without knots (hundreds), replace few boards, after fitted, because you didn't like the knots. Beading we could have do it for FREE but I was never asked , you said you had a mitre box that u want to try it .

  Before we left you gave me honey to say thanks for the fantastic job we've done. Why did you change your mind ? Because I took back my leftover flooring ? ( REMINDER: you've bought it from my money ). You've paid me few hours after we finished and left your place ! Why did you pay me if you were unhappy ? Why you didn't call me to discuss all of this ?   My feedback is entirely accurate. You did not finish the job. Door frames on further inspection are loose and doors no longer fit since your guys took them off and replaced. Beading was neither applied or provided in sufficient in quantity. Poor quality wood was used in very visible places when you promised not to . I will not reduce the rating given as it is a fair reflection of the work done balanced with the problems caused that we now have fix ourselves. You also promised a contract and did not provide.
