I immediately warmed to Tracy as soon as I met her. She came all prepared with her insurance documentation etc on the initial consultation/visit. After the first cleaning session, the house looked & smelled great & I've found it great coming home after work to a fab house...makes me feel like I've just moved in & made me fall in love with my house again! Would highly recommend.

Tracy was great: very professional and on top of that very friendly. The agreed work was very well done and on top of that, the flat smells of fragrance each time she cleans!
