Thank you for your review, our rates and minimum 1 hour term is quoted during the booking process and provided in writing prior to work commencing. If these rates and terms are not accepted customers are not obliged to engage our services.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Not happy about the way the appointment was arranged. Agreed a 4-6 time slot, was then contacted to see if it could be brought forward. I agreed to come home in 30 minutes time but then found out from a family member that a plumber was already in the house. Then found out my daughter was made to sign paperwork before I could get home. Also found it strange to be asked to pay on credit card without getting first sight of invoice. First time I have felt disappointed with using Rated People.

Thank you for your review and we apologise that you are unhappy. The engineer would not know that the person on site was not able to sign the document and had this been communicated to him he would have waited for the correct person to arrive. Payment is due on completion and a link to the invoice is sent via text or email.
