He never got in touch or answered my phone call, so not impressed. Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Tom called me immediately explaining there had been a hiccough beyond his control, and apologising for not being in touch. I was impressed at his prompt attention to the situation, and he is booked in to quote for the job soon. I would like to withdraw my earlier comment of 29 August, but can't see how to do this! So, please disregard and wait for new rating in due course. I feel that it will be very positive.

Tom is very reliable and excellent value for money. Achieves all tasks in a timely manner exactly when he says he is going to do them. Highly recommend.
