I would highly recommend Thermoheat. We needed an emergency repair on our boiler and Mark was very quick to respond to our request on Rated People. I feel a bit guilty putting 'satisfactory' here on value, but effectively after a couple of visits and payments, the boiler wasn't fixed and we had to move onto a friend of his who had a bit more expertise on the electronics part of the boiler. No problems with reliability (on time / worked around me), quality (seems to be a good job), but total cost of both repairs came in at over £500+ and I suspect that it may have been cheaper with someone else.

I wanted a detailed gas and heating safety check in a property I was buying. Mark from Thermoheat was able to fit in around my work schedule, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions, and was prepared to carry out remedial work there and then. He recommended the simplest solution for moving a boiler and provided a competitive quote within 24h. Would definitely use again. Thanks.
