Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

An amazing family business where nothing is too much trouble. Extremely helpful with great correspondence throughout the whole process of fitting the new shower. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sam and Toni.

Sam & Toni have sent me a very realistic quote for the job I asked them to quote for and have agreed the price. 50% deposit by tomorrow which I will have to go to the bank to arrange. Starting in 3 weeks, less than a week to do the job, I'll keep you posted
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Had Sam quote on refurb on my daughters small upstairs bathroom along with removing a Back boiler and storage tanks,and replacing it with a combi boiler which was fitted in the loft. Found Sam very easy to talk to and very accommodating with our requirements. Sam removed all the old materials and left the place clean. I was very happy with the completed job and would recommend him to anyone.

I had previously given a five star review for the boiler and bathroom installation but I have asked several times for the gas safety certificate to be registered and sent to me and this has still not happened. Sam's work for the bathroom was fine and I got on well with him while the job was being done. But due to the fact of the Gas reg certificate I am reposting this review.

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Had a replacement shower cubicle replaced. Tiles, tray, door and new flooring in an en-suite. Work undertaken on day agreed, great communication and tidy work. Very happy to recommend
