Internal Painting & Decorating
Tim completed the job to a high standard and to the value of the original quote. He is very tidy and conscientious worker and respectful of your home I would recommend him.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Quality work completed quickly and considerately and at a good price, thank you!
Internal Painting & Decorating
very friendly and communicated well, kept us informed of how the job was going and what he was doing
Internal Painting & Decorating
Tim worked very hard to complete the full redecoration of our apartment, dealing with unexpected problems thoroughly and with a professional approach to the works. We are very pleased with the finished works and would happily use him again in the future. The final bill was a little more than quoted but Tim was very fair in his approach to that too.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Tim was a very nice chap with a good work ethic but the final finish was not what I would expect from a professional. I had to apply a second coat of emulsion to the walls after Tim left to achieve satisfactory coverage. No disagreement, we just had different ideas of what the final results should be. Suspect the job turned out bigger than Tim expected and he ran out of time.

the job wasn't at all bigger than I expected I quoted for two coats and also applied two coats to woodwork when only one coat was specified

ps , it would also have been nice to have had the chance to address any issues of which I was not made aware

We requested a quote to do a professional job with a high quality finish regardless of the number of coats required to achieve this. It was stated numerous times that we did not mind how long the job took or if extra costs were incurred, coverage issues on the woodwork and ceiling were raised whilst the job was underway. If you could not see the poor finish yourself as an experienced decorator when we could it says it all. If you were happy to leave this job as complete it is a poor reflection on your work.

crossed lines somewhere I would have gladly applied a third coat to walls if you weren't happy and it was myself that informed you the woodwork would require another coat I just wished you had mentioned this on Wednesday morning sorry for any misunderstanding on my part
