Having been let down by other tradesmen, used this site for the 1st time. Martin came out and quoted and as he knew I needed the job finished urgently, managed to fit me in between other jobs. At 11:49 Joined rated people.com for emergency plumber, leak behind bathroom handbasin. Worried about flooding apartment below. TJR Services phoned, told me their hourly rate. Checked their credentials They arrived at 13:25 identified the leak source, fixed it and left at 13:45, job finished! Professional, friendly, tidy. Work guaranteed and would return free of charge if the situation was not resolved. Very happy to recommend this company. I text STOP when I had chosen a plumber. No further calls.
