Explained everything that needed to be done and the price was good. All work required undertaken and all left clean and tidy. Even replaced a cracked roof tile that was not discussed as we had a replacement tile. Very happy with the work carried out and will certainly use Bill’s company again as necessary. Highly recommended

Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
I was impressed by how he approached the job. He investigated the leaks in the bedroom, working out where the leaks were coming from. He checked the roof, chimney stack and the roof covering, taking pictures of the damage and then showed me the pictures. He sent me an estimate of the work and listed the work to be done. He arrived on time, finished the work and showed me pictures. No rubbish left behind. I would fully recommend him.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Both men were friendly, excellent workers & did a very good job.. They arrived before stated time completed the work & removed the old broken pipe. I would use William James again & recommend them for their efficiency & reasonable terms. Thank you
