Edward stepped in with a new quote when we had been let down by another tradesman. He did a great job to the schedule he promised and we are very pleased with the result. He consulted us fully throughout, explained the issues and enabled us to make informed choices. We now have a much more attractive and usable garden and they did a great job with the walk-in chicken run. I would happily recommend him.

  Thanks Paul Bit disappointed by the reliability rating as we did squeeze the job in due to your circumstances and we did turn up every day until it was finished, the path was an addition which we were unable to do straight away due to the other work we had already moved once to accommodate your original work.Value may be down to the high quality of materials and workmanship we use.   Ed, I know you did go out of your way to fit the job in and I do appreciate that and have mentioned it specifically. The reliability rating is lower due to the several occasions when I was waiting to hear what was going on and heard nothing until I chased you, I appreciate you are busy but I felt frustrated by this and therefore couldn't just give you five out of five. Upon reflection I will change it to four.

As i walk around my new lawn I wonder why I have to be treating it for moss and baldness after such a short time of it being laid. Its very difficult to rate someone well after spending £1K on a lawn that has been replaced by the same company after only 2 months due to it being very uneven and now looking very shabby after only 2-3 months. I should be enjoying my garden but unfortunately I look at the lawn and and its spoiling it for me. I think my stars speak for themselves......

  As customer has said we had already replaced their lawn once free of charge, we use top quality turf how they look after it afterwards is out of our control. I think our previous stars speak for themselves
