Excellent! Melvyn helped me out of a difficult situation, I needed a carpet fitted within a few days (the high street carpet shops had not been able to do it in less than a week or ten days). He did the work swiftly, and very well. The new bed I had ordered arrived an hour after the carpet had been fitted, and my guests were able to sleep in the room the following night. Thank you!
