Provided a verbal quote, mentioning the need to take surrounding tiles off in order to refit the loose tile. This didn't happen. The guy was up the ladder for less than 2 minutes, and simply pushed a new tile into place. Cash payment, no receipt.

Tiler was more than happy to come back and refix the tile. This time with a 'belt and braces' approach.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
I had a problem with my guttering and posted the job. They called and asked when I need it to be done. As it was raining and I was going away I said ASAP. They arrived within an hour and cleaned out the gutters. After leaving, there was a small problem with the gutter still not draining so they came straight back and sorted it. I would use them again.
TrustMark Roofing have been absolutely fantastic, extremely professional and great with communication. From start to finish the project has been smooth and the on-site roofing team have always been very friendly and curtious. The admin team are easy to contact and super helpful. They came to replace and install a new roof as can be seen in the photos. Very happy with their hard work. I'll be recommending them to friends and family
