It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

After posting the add, I spoke to Jas who showed great enthusiasm to take on the job and work around my availability rather than the other way around and my job was booked in for a few days later. Raj then arrived on time, the job was finished within 15-20 minutes of which I thought would take at least an hour. Also, Raj offered further advice around what else I can do to enhance my overall wishlist for the kitchen. I have more jobs in the pipleline and will be calling Raj/Jas again!
