After advise from Tom I decided on an alternative course of action. I would not hesitate to recommend him or ask him to carry out any further plumbing work I may require in the future.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Given that the tradesman didn't turn up I have to rate him as poorly as I am allowed... but really the only one that makes sense is poor reliability.. What a waste of my time :(

Roger I had messages you on multiple occasions to keep you updated, I had serious family health problems and I did message to make you aware and advised you to find an alternative tradesman. Also given the fact that I pay for the leads I believe that it was my loss given its free for you to list on Rated People. I apologise for any inconvenience but I was keeping you updated as much as possible but given my circumstances I couldn't really do much more. Regards
