Loft Conversion

I can only recommend U&U construction to anybody with a similar construction project to ours (ground floor rear extension and loft conversion, bathroom moved, new electrics and plumbing, finished and painted throughout, installed kitchen, bathrooms and build in wardrobes). They were punctual, reliable and flexible when changes to the original plans had to be made and the additional work was overall reasonably priced. As was the original quote. The job was finished with only minimal delay. Gave good advise.

  One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

We would recommend U&U Construction Ltd unreservedly. A huge and deserving thank you to Sefe and his team for understanding what we needed and working with us to achieve it - the whole house was gutted and renewed and new loft ext. Our experience with the Company has been a very successful one and has shown us that there are excellent companies out there that will deliver a fantastic job, on budget and on time. If you are considering a large project, do not hesitate in using them, you will not regret it.

Working with Sefe was a dream! From our first meeting, it was apparent that he knew his "stuff" and was keen to deliver as promised. We had a 3 month extension project that came in on time and was a top quality job, done with excellent attention to detail The great thing about working with Sefe and his team, is the professionalism and partnership in the project.
