Hi I’m Dan, a skilled & versatile Property Maintenance Expert ready to tackle a wide range of home maintenance projects. I have been providing handyman services for over 20 years and bring a wealth of experience to every job.
I can help with ;
FURNITURE INSTALLATION I can install any item of furniture (Ikea or otherwise). Furniture I’ve installed in the past include beds bed side tables, wardrobes & chest of drawers
CARPENTRY I can build bespoke furniture (beds, built-in wardrobes, floating shelving, recessed TV, false chimney’s) and can also frame and box-in.
MOUNTING I can mount TV’s, speakers and sound bars, wall or ceiling lights (including LED’s) and can hang pictures, curtain poles & blinds.
PLUMBING I can help with anything from a leaking tap to a shower installation. I can install sinks, baths, vanity units, taps and showers. I can also assist with resealing
ELECTRICAL In can help set-up TV’s or any electrical equipment. I can also replace faulty light switches, electrical sockets & light fitting’s.
PAINTING & DECORATING I can undertake any painting work that you may have.
FLOORING I can install engineered wood, laminate or LVT flooring. The work would include ensure edging (under door frames etc) is of the highest quality
GARDENS I can build and install decking including framing

EXPERIENCED : I have over 20 years of experience in home maintenance and would be delighted to help you with any of your home maintenance tasks. I run a property management business and every day involves home maintenance.
QUALITY : I pride myself on finishing jobs to the very highest standard. And whilst some may think it’s ok to “just do enough” this is not a mindset I advocate.
RELIABLE : Being reliable is super important to me. If I say I will be at your property on a certain day / time then I will be. If the traffic is holding me up I will contact you asap.

I recently hired Dan to do a number of tasks at my house including painting the kids bedroom (all the wood, radiator walls and doors), fix the lock on our back gate and switch out an extractor fan. He got the whole lot done in good time to a high standard. I’ll be using Dan again to build a bed and put some shelves up. If you have any tasks around the house I’d highly recommend Dan.
Dan has managed my HMO in South West London since early 2022, dealing with many aspects of maintenance himself, including: gardening, painting and decorating, adjusting and repairing fire door self-closers, changing door lock barrels and many other tasks. I have a really good working relationship with Dan and would recommend him highly.
I’ve used Dan since 2018 to manage a portfolio of rental properties in South West London. In that time Dan has undertaken loads of property maintenance tasks including, installing washing machines, replacing door locks, fixing radiators, TRV’s, mouse proofing, replacing electric sockets and switches and a whole lot more. I used Dan to manage one of my rentals in South East London. Dan undertook a number of property maintenance tasks including; Investigation and fixing a bathroom leak, rear door lock fix / replacement, flat pack installs and painting (walls and ceilings). These jobs were all managed from start to finish which made life so much easier for me. Dans communication is excellent, the quality of his work is second to none and I could always trust him to be there when he said he would. I highly recommend him.
