Slav is such a gentleman and has a drive and work ethic that is unparalleled. He came to fit our kitchen and he talked us through the whole process with kindness and patience. Slav has an outstanding knowledge and his vast expertise of carpentary and kitchen fitting was immediately obvious. He even fitted an extra shelf for us for no extra price. He values his work and his professionalism is excellent. Price very reasonable - you will not be disappointed with Slav.

  The door linings had a special wider size which could be bought only online. I still wanted to help you by getting rest of materials today and deliver them on site. I've also tried to book the job for other day for you but you insisted that you want the job done today even if I explained the issue.

  I have provided a very good price for labour for the job you required, furthermore I have provided a 10% discount you asked me afterwards. On the day of booking I found that the job required an extra work I agreed not charging you extra and even helped you out at no extra cost to spend some time to buy and deliver the materials from Screwfix and Selco.

  The fact of the matter is that this trader gave me an appointment to complete work at a price agreed by him and failed to attend twice. This caused significant delay to my work. He gave the impression of being helpful but didn't actually do anything but talk. Sorry but not reliable.

  The fact is that you described this job wrong over the phone and the price you eventually asked to reduce to £180 (the average price of this kind of job is £300-£400). I am sorry but am not charity.
