Wayne is excellent at doing the work and taking your cash but don't be fooled by the "we will come back and finish off and fix issues" because you wont see him again. Wayne`s team laid an Indian Stone patio in the garden last year which was all but finished when he asked for payment. I duly paid him on the strength that he would return the following week to complete. Neither Wayne or any of his team returned. One year on and the pointing has now deteriorated to the point that it has to be redone. **AVOID**
Brick / Block Paving
Work done in aug13 Since then the brick drive spreads sideways and downwards. It looks terrible. The drive floods as it has inadequate drainage. I have had to brush puddles away from my house. He has been out 2x in a year & I have to chase him every week to get him out. It's still sinking & spreading. He will only patch up 2 small areas despite me being told(by Marshall installer) it has been installed with inadequate base and haunching and unless that is redone properly it will sink & move. I Paid £6520 !

Sorry mr marsh as I have said it as nothing to do with the base it was due to poor weather conditions and I have told you I would soft it but you insist I had to do it what ever the weather. I am not willing to do that there are 2 bits that need lifting this can be sorted in a day I told you I would come ASAP but you insist on it being done right away what ever the weather I have had no other problems with any off my work and do intend to resolve this for you. 13 months later and it's still getting worse. How much more time can I give to have my drive sorted? We set dates and you don't turn up. How many calls have I made to try and get you out in the last 13 months? I don't have the time to chase you up any longer. Driveways don't sink and move sideways due to weather. Especially within weeks of installation? Unless The root cause (base & haunching) is sorted then it will continue to move. I'm out of pocket and left with a driveway that needs to be redone.
