Initially we really liked these guys. The have done some great work in our house. However, they are not problem solvers and as we had them back for more jobs the quality of work deteriorated and the cost increased. If there were any issues (as there would be in old houses) they down tools and you wait weeks for them to come and finish the job. We also had to pay twice to get our hall painted because they misjudged the integrity of the walls. They took no responsibility for this. Just more money.

We used these guys to do a lot of work in our house over the last 6 months. Most of the work has been excellent. There were a number of issues with our hallway that caused delays of over 6 weeks and cost us financially, some we feel are issues they could have foreseen and mitigated but didn’t, hence the 3 stars.

I'm delighted with the work from William and his team and will definitely use them again. They were helpful, very knowledgeable, honest, punctual and extremely efficient. The logistics of decorating a whole flat at the same time can be tricky, but their communication about the planning and timing of this was excellent. The cost was fair and I was told well in advance about the risk of any additional costs (which were also very fair). Thanks again! :)

William Jack is a very excellent Decorator and price reasonable, and would definitely recommed him, and turned up the time they say, and the job finished on the time. If you had stars higher I'd rate him higher...
