Wall Tiling

Quoted 2 days which changed to 3 (thus charging 50% more than initially quoted). Didn't bring covers to protect worksurfaces/flooring. Subsequently 1-week old wood flooring damaged (I've paid £150 to repair). Paid £50 for plumber to fix blocked sink a couple of days later (turned out it was completely full of grout). Standard of work is poor with uneven cuts / tiles not lining up. Did come back to try to rectify issues but repeatedly blamed my choice of grey grout, which is irrelevant if job neat enough.

  Sadly Sam did not like the tiling job I did for him and criticized wherever possible. My tiling was impeccable, I did not block his sink, ruin his floor, change the price or insist he use another colour grout. He was however very keen to not pay the agreed amount and was adept at conjuring up non existent faults.

Nick repaired a badly damaged wall; the effect of long-term leaking from parapet above and consequent blown plaster and staining of the vertical wall. Nick has done an amazing job.
