Seamus is a class act. An absolute gentleman and professional. Jobs were done to a very high standard, perfect communication throughout. Could not fault a single thing.
Screeding
We are very happy with hiring Seamus. He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered. Lovely man and a reasonable price for such a tricky project. He also left the area clean every night and helped out with smaller jobs around the house. Thanks Seamus!
Screeding
Seamas was a consummate professional and transformed the ground floor to a useable space in a timely and cost effective manner. Great communication and very punctual. Would definitely recommend, and hopefully work with again.
Groundwork / Foundations
Seamus work was outstanding in laying a concrete base for my summer house and putting down artificial grass. He was open and honest and kept me up to date non the progress of the work. Seamus is hard working, reliable and left the work area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to have him do any future work for us.
