grossly disappointed. having taken a days holiday in order to be in for the work to be completed, to be asked to provide a ladder! only for electrician then NOT to arrive is frustrating. 90mins of chasing him to finally be told, I got sent on another job is the height of unprofessionalism and completely unacceptable.

Very happy. Window replaced promptly and was kept updated at all times. Would use again. Thank you

Not fault of his but the job couldn't go ahead. He was prompt, courteous and very honest! I'd certainly ask him back next time.

Very polite throughout and made sure the job was completed well. Matthew also cleaned up after himself. Communication was great
