Job was paid for to include upgrade insulation to meet 30cm building control regulations. During the job, Reece said he wasn’t going to upgrade insulation as it required extending the ridges by few cm/this would cost more. He left my old insulation/didn’t upgrade to30cm I haven’t received insurance backed and manufacture guarantee as agreed The company is not a member of CORG Material quoted-Firestone membrane. Membrane installed-standard, fire rated, not Firestone brand. Reece stopped communicating.

Our roof done pretty quick. Reece was very helpful, answered all our questions and queries instantly. Strongly recommend them
My wife was freaking out that we needed a roof replacement due to condensation in our bedroom.
