Craig is still working for us doing the first fix and we are very happy with his work. His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. He turns up when he says he will and works consistently hard all day. He communicates well, suggesting ideas and is extremely helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend him.

After taking a good look and testing out the source of the leak, he explained clearly what he felt was wrong, how to fix it, and cost. We agreed on the spot, and he did exactly as he said he would.
