Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Hi, wayne listened to what I wanted provided a detailed quote that looked professional. the work was done to the timetable he completed everything himself so no team of men traipsing in and out. I am very pleased with the quality and finish of the job and would recommend him to family and friends.

Wayne was the only tradesman to provide us with a fully itemised quote, detailing all materials to be used. he was totally professional throughout the job and it was obvious he took a personal pride in his work. he came up with a few ideas that greatly added to the finished appearance of our decking and patio areas. would not hesitate to recommend him and we will definately use him again for work in other areas of our house

From the start to the end of the project Wayne was very professional in every way. He gave out some great ideas and did not pressure you into making a decision there and then.
