Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Billy was fabulous. Kept in touch if he was delayed and has done a wonderful job on the bathroom. Highly recommended and will use again!
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Billy done a complete refit of my bathroom and it was done to a very high standard it was a pleasure to have billy in my home as he treated it with respect and always cleaned up any mess he made I was expecting to find getting a new bathroom really stressful but Billy done it with minimal disruption and also sorted a few little other problems for me at no added cost, I will certainly have Billy for any other work I have planned for the future. Billy done a great job and even fixed a few problems I had, he was very clean and cleared up any mess he made,my bathroom was completely refitted and to a very high standard, I will be getting Billy again soon as I was very pleased with the work he done and he was very pleasant. Mary
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Billy was pleasant and reliable. Gave very prompt estimate which he delivered the next day. Work carried out as arranged on appointed days in a professional manner. Estimate price exceeded due to variations in old tap fittings. Would use again.
