Unbelievable! Called within seconds of my posting the advert (it was marked urgent !) Knew exactly what the issue was from just the call and pictures. Agreed a price over the phone and was at my place within the hour. It was a pain of job ( and I'm particularly fussy) but I couldn't ask for a better service and tradesperson.
