Gave us a price and arranged day & time to carry out the work. Didn’t turn up, didn’t reply to message. Not heard from since. Very disappointing as I had turned down other traders and now I have to start again!

Great guy and a great job and a great price turns up on time explains what he is doing cleans up after himself removes all rubbish nothing is too much trouble for Mark would use again and would recommend to others.

Was initially really pleased then Mark was going to pop round on a Saturday morning with a new lock but never showed then had a problem with the door dropping and needed adjustments made messaged Mark to come and make the adjustments but was ignored ended up watching YouTube videos on how to adjust.

Never had any message or call to adjusted door , So don't know why this has been said ,checked phone for messages and calls had none off this customer .

Everything went exceptionally well, from communication and reliability to the quality of the composite front door and the installation service. We will certainly employ Mark for all our double glazing needs in the future. Highly recommended tradesman!

We were initially happy with the comms and the door that they fitted for us, however we did agree for a Fensa certificate to be supplied and we paid upfront for it. When Mark finished the installation, he promised he would supply the certificate in 6 weeks time. It’s been more than 3 months now and the certificate has not arrived and Mark ignores our messages and phone calls. Although he left the written guarantee for the door, we very much doubt that he would honour it if something was wrong with the door
