Built-In Furniture
William was brilliant to deal with, super friendly, honest, and had great ideas about how to achieve what I was looking for. He took a real pride in the work he did for us, and we are beyond delighted with our built in bench seating and shelves. He gave us a great price and stuck to it, even when things weren’t as straightforward as initially thought. Would hire again for any other joinery work we need in the future, and would recommend McGrath Joinery to anyone.
Partition Wall
I hired William to do some tricky jobs in a small space, blocking off a door and using the other side of the partition to create a book shelf to make use of the space. There were additional works for hanging doors, moving the position of a door and building a new frame, fitting architraves, awkward skirting board replacement etc. William and his son did an absolutely amazing job and he will now be our go-to joiner for any woodwork needed in our house. First class.

William was prompt with communication, helpful with ideas and the end result was fantastic (and he cleaned as he went!)!
Bespoke Furniture
Very personable guy and came round quickly to quote and measure up. Very flexible on when he came round. We were happy with the price. Unfortunately he booked in for installation and cancelled last minute twice e.g Friday at 9pm when due Sat morning. We then booked in for 6 weeks later to give extra time to ensure completion, cancelled again last minute the night before. Guaranteed us the following week and cancelled again. Very disappointing and wasted our time. He did give us our deposit back promptly.
Fitted Bedrooms / Wardrobes
One of the nicest and most helpful tradesmen out there. Nothing was too much trouble for him and im delighted with the finished result. He even managed to source a door that seemed impossible to find. Great guy
